Intended Use

Kairos Time is a companion application intended exclusively for registered users of Kairos — a time attendance system.

The App is not intended to operate as an independent service and is provided as part of the Kairos system. Its functionality depends on the user's account and the services provided by Kairos.

The App is intended solely for its designated purpose of time attendance. Kairos does not guarantee the operation of the App and does not assume responsibility for its use outside its intended purpose or by unauthorized persons.

Information Processed

The App may process:

• Account information — such as your user ID and information required for authentication.
• Location data — when location access is enabled and required for time attendance purposes.
• NFC data — when the App is used to read an NFC tag for time attendance purposes.
• Device and technical information — such as device type, operating system, and information necessary to maintain the security and proper functioning of the App.
• Authentication data — biometric authentication is performed directly by your device. The App does not receive or store your biometric data.

How Information Is Used

The information described above is used to:

• authenticate users;
• provide time attendance functionality;
• record and verify time entries using location or NFC, where applicable;
• maintain the security and proper functioning of the App;
• prevent misuse and unauthorized access.

Kairos does not sell users' personal data.

Data Storage

Information processed by the App may be transmitted to and stored on servers used by Kairos to provide the service.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Third Parties

Kairos may use third-party service providers to operate and support the Kairos system and its infrastructure. Such providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant services.

Personal data is not used for advertising and is not sold to advertisers.
